  1. Hi Lori,
I have two questions for you about the video presentation you will be making from this storyboard on synchronous interactions in the virtual classroom. (1) Who is the guest speaker you will be introducing in your video, and (2) what will be your visuals in the video? Thank you.

    Sincerely,
    LeAnn

    1. I am going to try to use Dr. Nick Trombetta, someone that started the most successful virtual classroom in the state of Pennsylvania. Still working on any other visuals.

  2. Lori,

I am interested to see how synchronous interactions can be used to scaffold learning. Also, who is your key note speaker on the topic? I have very little knowledge on how to use these different types of interactions in the classroom.

    Thanks,
    Sarita

    1. I often use websites in class that can students can move to different levels at their own pace. Also in a break out room in a virtual classroom you can insert different slides for different students. I can also enter each room and provide one-on-one time for students having trouble with the concept that was taught for the day.

  3. Hello Lori,

How long do you see each portion of your introduction lasting? I will also be using videos in my presentation but I'm worried about the video clips overtaking the presentation itself. Like LeAnn and Sarita, I am interested in knowing more about your chosen expert.

    Cheers - Shar

    1. I am going to try to make my video about 5-6 minutes. I was just thinking about how to cut my video down also. I will be using Dr. Nick Trombetta who started the most successful cyber school in Pennsylvania.
